Lonestar Speedway is a large racing complex in the south of Texas that saw its hay day in the early to mid-70s and has since fallen out of favor due to safety concerns and being too remote for the growing world of Motorsport. Nowadays the facility is mostly used for amateur racing competitions on its infield road course and for high-performance driving events.
